I/We confirm having read and understood the terms and conditions specified herein and the agreement rules governing the allotment of the franchisee and agree to abide by the same. And all the necessary clarifications and information on the LVH have been provided to us.
LVH is a subsidiary of Long Vision Hospitality Pvt Ltd and no claim other than that shall be made by any other party.
All assets given to the Business Associates during the time of enrollment and later shall be handed over back to LVH at the time of separation.
LVH is not liable to pass on any Salary/ Commission post separation of franchise from Beatle Analytics
LVH will charge/ adjust money/ commission/payout against any asset loss/ breakage under the responsibility of the Business Associate
A deposit fee of Rs. 50,000/- or 1 Membership will be charged at the time of enrollment. This fee is however refundable without Interest.
All payouts/ incentives on sales will be rolled out post 30 days of realization of payment
The business associate shall submit the following documents at the time of enrollment:
a) Registration / partnership deed copy of the firm/ company
b) Pan Card
c) ID proof with Address
d) Cancelled Cheque of the name of registered name/ firm/ company
e) 2 passport size photographs
Any addition/ extra benefits given to the client, other than the one declared by LVH shall be adjusted against the payout/ commission of the business associate
In case of any cheque bounces, the documentation procedure for franchisee will go on hold. The respective business associate shall bear the bank charges irrespective of the continuation of the contract.
In case of any sale cheque bounces, no commission/ payout will be passed on to the franchisee for that particular sale. The respective business associate shall bear the bank charges irrespective of the continuation of the contract.
All disputes are subjected to Ahmadabad Jurisdiction.
